When Red Son's mother, Princess Iron Fan, humiliates him in front of the entire Monkie Gang, he decides he's had enough and goes ballistic on her. Once he's realised what he's done, it's too late. The damage has been done. Red Son's parents kick him out of their home, leaving him to fend for himself with only the few things he can fit into his small backpack. However, all hope might not be lost, considering the fact that a certain Noodle Boy will not leave him alone until Red Son lets MK help him. - This is my first fan fiction so I'm sorry in advance if it's cringy. Also, I will try my best with grammar and spelling so please bear with me. - The perspective of the chapters will swap between MK and Red Son throughout the story, but they won't have a constant order. I'm just going to write each chapter from the perspective that I feel like writing in. **None of the art or songs shown in this book belong to me (including the cover art), and the credit goes to its original artist or creator. After the fight between Mk and DBK, they separated and stayed as enemies, but never to encounter again. It was months later, several rough training sessions with an off Monkey King, when Mk found an injured Red Son. He helped him, and felt a bond growing between them, but the fued he's had with the Demon King did not help them. Nothing will block their growing friendshipt. Or, will something block it? What was that? A lost monkey? A shadow? A demon? At this point, who knows. He certainly can't tell. MK's eyes and ears start to play cruel tricks on him. He starts seeing and hearing strange things that nobody else can. And, for some reason, he always feels the need to draw whenever something odd occurs. Doing so helps, but not for long. After all, you can't chase away the things that follow you when your mind finally decides to betray you. *This story is based on my OWN experiences with hallucinations. (Also known universaly as projecting on some poor fictional character that really doesn't deserve this.) (This will be marked mature for the realistic depections of mental health. Red Son has been developing something off of his fire powers, they seem to be more heated, even more for his own liking. At some point, he has an outburst and his fire erupts into colored flames which scares him, he swears that it even hurt him. Red son gets scared of himself and worries about his parents, not wanting to hurt them. So he runs away with as much as he could carry and runs into Mk. After some convincing Red son decides to go with Mk but the longer he stays the more feelings he catches for Mk, and the more risk of putting him in danger. all the art featured is done by me it's slow-burn but it gets there at some point :D
