If these things annoy you, then they definitely annoy me. In this book, you will find a variety of pet peeves, notes, and tips for both readers and writers alike. You'll find contemporary and clashing views about the landscape on this website, so be wary of possible offense. And trust me, there will be things that may rub you the wrong way. This is practically an info dump of things I wish I had known when first joining Wattpad.
This is a safe space for readers to rant, rave, and ramble about fairly arbitrary things, so don't be afraid to join the conversation! New writers, steer clear of these cliches for the sake of your audience, and have fun!

Fun fact: A cats meow is they're way of communicating with people. Cats meow for many reasons- like to say hello, to ask for things, and to tell us when something's wrong. Meowing is an interesting vocalization in that adult cats don't actually meow at each other, just at people. I can vouch for that since my two cats never meowed at each other, just at the humans.Terminé

So I have been on Wattpad for a few years now. I'm on it almost everyday, it's like a drug to me. However, ever since I joined, I have seen the ups and downs of the fanfics and their specific fandoms/series, and Wattpad in general. So what did I do? Start ranting about it of course! Cliches of Wattpad
My awkward rants about the cliche books on Wattpad. (The title kind of says it all, but I don't like seeing a blank Description box) I hope you enjoy my apparent ability to make people laugh. Warning: these are my spur-of-the-moment thoughts. Some stuff may or may not come across as being extremely critical or harsh, but I assure you, I'm NOT trying to tell you to do a complete 180 and delete everything cliche in your books. Let's face it. The majority of stories on Wattpad are the same and it's not just the plots but practically everything. The same characters, the same tragic backgrounds, the same openings, the same ways of describing things, the same plots- everything. Here I'll name some things I've seen in most of the stories on here so maybe your story won't end up a clone of endless clones.
