Sandra Sone is an average fifteen-year-old girl... until she isn't. It's not like it's her fault or anything! She's your ordinary teen girl. she gets picked on in school, she's short, she's a ginger, and the cherry on top of that cake; her father is a high-ranking Navy officer.
she's bit by a spider and blah, blah, blah, she gets invited to work with a group of alete spiders and her whole life gets flipped upside down.
but it's all worth it because her dad is coming home from deployment. She can't wait!
