Novel backstory:
So, Intro-Chapter 3 were sitting in my files for yeaaars. I had experienced MASSIVE writer's block since when I was a teen, which was when I created this story. I've done the occasional edits over time.. Until recently I decided, you know, why not publish this thing? Now I'm picking up from where I left off, and I plan on giving it many more chapters. π

I've always been such a huge Shadouge fan. I absolutely adore the idea of them being together.. SONIC TEAM, MAKE IT CANON ALREADY! (Pft, in my dreams..)
Anyways, putting this out to the public eye is kind of A BIG DEAL for me due to the fact that I tend to be an extreme overthinker, perfectionist, and procrastinator.

Stolen Hearts (Shadow x Reader)
The commander and Shadow had been waiting for 10 minutes for his new partner to show up. Shadow was getting impatient. "What's taking her so long? I was told she's always on time." Commander wondered. Shadow rolled his eyes. Suddenly a beautiful (f/c) (a/t) with (e/c) eyes came into the room her eyes fuelled with annoyance. "Sorry I'm late, I couldn't find my way here." She said, no emotion in her voice or face. "Didn't you take a map?" Commander asked. Shadow was now beginning to think this beautiful (a/t) was an idiot. "Of course I did, but you can't read a map when it's coloured over with red crayons." She snapped, putting one of the maps in front of the Commander which Shadow saw was scribbled over with red crayons as the (a/t) had said. The Commander stayed quiet for several moments. "Oh. I'm sorry, those new recruits don't know how to behave." Commander snarled throwing the map in the garage. "Anyway, Shadow the Hedgehog, meet (y/n) the (a/t). (Y/n) the (a/t), meet Shadow the Hedgehog." β’---------------------------β’ This is far from a normal x reader book. (Y/n) has more story than just falling in love immediately. She has a past, family drama, friends that have drama, and of course, enemies. I think I have made a complete story with an actual beginning and an end. As well as a sequel and a prequel! This book contains: Swearing Violence A shitload of filler(never said I was perfect) Around chapter 38-40 was when I actually figured out how I was going to end the book, so the rest of it is other drama/buildup or you could just call it filler, I think my writing is pretty entertaining though. Blaze the cat is a princess that has been homeschool all her life. Once her best friend Silver convinces her parents to allow her to his school, her life drastically changes as she makes new friends. With a rough start, she slowly befriends an ebony Hedgehog, who would have never thought he'd be falling for a princess. Learn to Open Up. (Shadouge) (COMPLETE)
Five weeks ago, E123-Omega went on a routine mission. The mission, to destroy an old abandoned Eggman base. But, he hasn't returned yet. Commander Towers has called Agent Shadow and Agent Rouge in to find their missing partner, and bring him back safely. Shadow, however, hasn't been acting normal lately, and Rouge is worried for his health. And now cant seem to keep her feelings for the dark hedgehog secret much longer. Will Shadow finally catch on to all the subtle hints his teammate has been sending his way? Will the duo find Omega? You'll have to read to find out. So I know this opening is written really cliche, and the title really isn't the best. And I have changed it to be rated mature. There will be some lemons, although I'm going to build into and probably only do the one, since that really isn't the point of the story. And I'm probably going to make it to where if you don't to read that, I'll put it all into a chapter that will have no big impact on the story, so it can be easily skipped. So i wanted to take a crack at making a Shadouge story myself. I feel as though I can be a good writer, I just have some things I need to touch up on. I'm going to try to make this better than my ShadAmy story (which I still like, I just rushed the relationship to much, and really screwed up the ending I feel). Anyways, the point of rambling, is that I want constructive criticism for this story. I want to make sure it is the best I can do for the community that likes this ship. So any advice on future chapters, along with just general improvements to the story that you all think I could make. Still a work in progress and not quite finished yet, this is a Sonic the Hedgehog fanfic I wrote when I was bored one day and got carried away. Its VERY loosely based off the Sonic X TV series I grew up with from the early 2000s. I was very much inspired by Sonic and Chris's relationship. Chris Thorndyke was one of my favorite human characters from the show and I related a lot to him growing up. All I did was gender and race swapped Chris, who is now named Christy, to fit my personal headcannons. Christy also contains a little bit of my own personality traits and characteristics. Without spoilers, my story is mostly about Sonic and Tails who got sent to Earth during a fight with Robotnik, also known as Eggman. With the help of Christy and her best friend Emily, Sonic and Tails struggle to get back home to their planet, Mobius. This is my first attempt at writing fanfiction or any story in general so please be nice. I absolutely WILL NOT tolerate rudeness and bigotry whatsoever when you can easily just block and ignore me. Im not interested in seeing anyones hate comments. To the ones that are genuinely interested I hope you enjoy my version of Sonic, I did my best to stay true to his character. When Amy follows Sonic into the woods for her only to see him with another girl. feeling heartbroken she tries to get over him by hanging out with his rival Shadow But when Mephiles returns things didn't go out so well eventually causing Amy to make the biggest choice of her life what will happen?..who knows?..........NOTE: Let me know if you enjoyed this kind of thing, there are other ships that I wanna do like. (Sonadow)- because I just don't like the idea of them together but just so you know I AM NOT! against characters falling in love with the same sex I just don't like the idea of Shadow with Sonic since they're Rivals and it kinda feels weird to me. 2. (Shadow x Rouge)- because I like more of the idea Rouge with Knuckles and Shadow doesn't really see Rouge as a friend more like a work partner instead so that's why 3. (Tails x Cosmo)- Yes I know that Cosmo was Tails first love interests but I never really cared about Cosmo so yea and besides I like Cream with Tails more than I do them 4. (Shadow x Maria)- because I've always saw them as a sister and brother more than a couple...5. The Sonic gang is going on a trip to another place called Sycora City, a 2 day trip from Green Hills. Shadow is driving because why not. Sonic is next to him in the passenger seat, bugging Shadow while he drives. Amy is with Sticks, trying to teach her how to act more ladylike and to stop being paranoid. Silver and Blaze and snoozing in the middle seats of the van next to Amy and Sticks. Knuckles and Rouge are sitting in the back. Rouge is teasing Knuckles and Knuckles is annoyed, looking out the window and trying to ignore her. Shadow-rin and Tails are sitting next to them. Tails is sitting next to the window and sleeping. Shadow-rin is sitting next to him and has her headphones in, drawing in her sketchbook. Their road trip was meant to be a fun and enjoyable time to just hang out. But on the first night, they stop to stay over in a hotel in a secluded area. The place was practically empty, and they were the only people there apart from the owner, an old man. The place was dark and old, but the room they booked was more better kept, minus the dust. At night, Shadow-rin and Tails hear something, making them look around the dark halls in the middle of the night to investigate. The owner is hiding something, but they don't know what. And they don't want to find out.
