A small neighbourhood, but not so small body count. 

Ashlyn has a special gift, which has allowed her to stay alive for so long but also be wary of everyone she meets. People leave, she knows that, and no one knows where to, except her and a few exceptions. 

Everything is linked to pink pastel walls and bright yellow lamps, a building appears and abducts kids in the dark, erasing all memory of those who've been lost.

Ashlyn never dared to tempt it to come after her, after all she's got enough experience of what lurks beneath the surface. 

However, when Roselyn, her best friend, falls into the clutches of the hotel, she's fed up with staying silent. 

She's got a couple weeks to prepare before she can take action, and there's some annoying guy, Aster, whose...interesting to say the least. 

When an unexpected Diary threatens plans, when Aster surely couldn't get more annoying and with kidnapped kids at stake, what will Ashlyn do?
