New York City has become a dark, seedy, dystopian metropolis, inhabited by civilians, cops, and almost ONE HUNDRED gangs, all of which hate each other, and stick to their home turf. But when Cyrus, the myserious leader of the largest gang in all of New York City, the Gramercy Riffs, calls for a city wide truce and for nine delegates from every gang to report to Pelham Park, in the Bronx, for a midnight meeting, excitment and panic are unleashed among the gangs of New York.
The Warriors, raised by the beach, on the Coney Island boardwalk, are one of the more free spirited, fun loving gangs. They aren't cold blooded killers like the rest, they just want to be free from the overbearing U.S. government. And when it comes to a large scale assassination attempt, who better to frame than the kids at Coney?

Growing up "The Warriors" was always one my favorite movies. Even then, I always still seemed to find plotholes and little things that I always thought shouldn't have happened. Years later, upon realizing my passion for film, I read through the original script for the movie. It was COMPLETELY different. Every plothole was explained, and my favorite characters ended up NOT dying. I was so outraged by what had happened to such a great story that I took matters into my own hands. Modernized, reimagined, but with the intention of keeping the original feel, here's "The Coney Island Warriors."
