Kate is a normal sweet human girl, although her family on the other hand are insane! Kate was adopted by the Warners as a baby, and raised by them. In this society Toons are beneath humans and considered to be "freaks" Since the cancelation of all cartoons the Warners have been hiding in the WB Water tower with their little human sister Kate. Kate lives a generally normal life and the Warners make sure she is safe and cared for. She goes to school and the Warners take her out. As long as they don't get caught by Mr Plotz everything will be fine.
