This is a Baldur's Gate 3 and Dragon Age: Origins crossover fanfiction.
After the battle of Denerim and defeating the Archdemon, Tav is left drained and exhausted. When she goes to sleep with her friends however, she is awoken in the strange new world of Baldur's Gate. She must escape the mindflayer ship, and find her friends.

This story follows these two elves, both scarred from their pasts, both determined not to fall in love or anything so frivolous, along with a well-spoken wizard and a tiefling pulled straight from the Hells, as they journey to Baldur's Gate and try not to die in the process.

Goodbye Astarion [Astarion X NB Tav]
Astarion ascended just like he wanted. Tav helped just like he asked. People change just like they were warned. Fair warning: Ascended Astarion is the villain, Tav frequently disassociates and justifies Astarion's behavior to themselves and the other companions. Domestic violence is implied but not depicted out-right. Verbal abuse is kept to a minimum. Two major characters will die eventually. An alternative epilogue at Withers' party. Still in progress but I feel inspired and it's a short one. I will probably update frequently I haven't written fanfiction in 11 years.
