This is a re-write of my un-finished fic Overpowered Philza born in MHA. (the title was a mouthful)

At first glance, Phil might look like a normal 11-year-old kid. He has dirty blond hair, blue foggy eyes, cleanish clothing, and a small figure. But there is one detail that makes him not so normal. He has two small horns, barely noticeable, and a pair of small black wings with a slightly purple tint.

There is no way people just accepted quirks when they first appeared. Also, it will take a while before he meets any other prominent characters. I will update the tags when more characters appear in the story. Also Art is not mine unless I say otherwise!

But as he is unable to attend schools, follow him with the struggle of teaching himself and going through vigorous battles as a vigilante.
