This is just my take on what would happen if Izuku Midoriya was in unOrdinary because I've only seen it done this way twice, and those creators stopped making them. So I'm going to take a swing at it.
I don't own any of unOrdinary's and My Hero Academia's characters/storyline they belong to their respective makers, Uru-chan and Kōhei Horikoshi, respectively.

A Friend (depreciated)
Why, why can't he be a hero thought Izuku as All Might left him alone on the roof top overlooking the city. But little did Izuku knew was he wasn't truly alone rather someone with good intensions was waiting patiently on the roof with him ...a friend. This is a fanfic asking a question what if Izuku never got One For All and never got a quirk at all. Instead someone one else found him and offered him power that didn't stem from a quirk, rather it stemmed from the use of energies that are better described as magic. As two separate dimensional factions collide, vying for supremacy over the dimension one benign the other not so much. As you may have guessed I'm covering my butt on this but I don't own or never will own My Hero Academia. The only things I can say I own is well a few characters that are put into this story and concepts that stem from the content these characters originate from, and truth be told I didn't want to write this but I'd rather keep my two hundred dollars and write this fanfic because I lost a bet. I should also mention that this will follow semi-closely to the original story line of MHA with of course deviations as quite a few of the conflicts and plot points stemming from Izuku gaining One For All won't happen. Instead naturally they will be replaced with new plot points and conflicts originating from the absence of them for example the Meta Liberation Army will no doubt be gunning for Izuku due to the fact he has powers without a quirk.

He awakens in front of a laughing god who gives a chance to live a new life in a different world, filled with pirates, Marines, and more. But he is also given 3 things to take with him to this new world: all of his quirks, someone else from his previous world to come with, and something very unique. In a world full of quirks Izuku Midoriya is part of the 2 percent that don't have quirks, after being constantly bullied by his childhood " friend" Midoriya is pushed to prove he can be a hero. After following All Might Midoriya is caught in an accident that changes his life forever. However despite the setback Midoriya still persist to prove he can be a hero. It was just a ridiculous event. No one knew what happened before it happened. Shigaraki, Overhaul, Aizawa as well as some hero in training met at a crossroad and life didn't wanted it others but having Hawks chasing down a villain as well?! Oh what would make it better than for that villain to have a quirk in which they will see a certain persons personal traits in a couple of various situations? OHO Wouldn't that be totally ridiculous? Well what if the villain affected everyone and made them see what could become out of Midoriya?! HA! Well that was what happened exactly :).
