Only, on her mission, back on homeland, things have gone wrong.
Clint gets the dreaded call that his sister has been shot.
After waiting hours on her coming out of surgery, Emma is brought to the tower, where he insists she will be staying, until they find out what happened on the mission. As Fury has put them onto this, finding information that it was an inside job.
Things take a turn, with Emma finding she fits in there, and belongs, along with finding a handsome soldier that she can't stop herself from being attracted too. But will things blossom? Or will things not get the chance.
Can she find happiness in her life, after what has happened?
