A group of highly classified supervillains known as "The Sinners", end up having to go toe to toe with the newest "#1 Hero", as to get him out of power, or worse, kill him. Their main goal is to dislodge the heroes for good, leaving total anarchy or govern referment. But it just so happens there's a few riffs in The Sinners, causing more difficulty in their goals.
