Adrien Agreste's life begins to feel like it's been turned upside down when his father, Gabriel Agreste, starts to act more aggressive towards him.  He puts him under stress with friend-time-ditching schedules, forced-in relationship with Kagami, mind-melting lessons, and abusive hits.  Beginning to lose his sanity, he turns to Ladybug, begging her to change things just this once.
  
  Ladybug once again rejects Cat Noir, still fearing the sight of Cat Blanc.  When her partner begins to beg, saying that his life is becoming a living Hell, she still rejects, this time, it gets too cold.  The next thing she notices is her worst nightmare coming to life.  With her partner akumatized, the love of her life, Adrien Agreste, missing, she has to do all she can to face the worst nightmare she'll ever face.All Rights Reserved

Just when Adrien begins to enjoy this break, it turns out that Hawk Moth has also come to New York. And to make things even worse, Grandmaster Su-Han and his rebuilt order, Queen Bee, and Volpina all seem to have similar plans... No partner. No back-up. No direct plan. Alone. Flying solo. Taking on the world. A stray. Cat Noir's a kid who just wants to have fun with his job, not wanting to die so dramatically. He wants to still live his life as a normal teenage superhero. Marinette's life was getting bad ever since Lila promise to her in which she told lies about what Marinette did but didn't do in which all of her friends except for Chloe, Nino, Alix, Kagami Juleka, Zoe and Luka turned against her and bullied her and not even Adrien who was her crush but got rejected by him and told her to take the high road saying that Lila's lies weren't hurting anyone but they were in which they were hurting her badly. Marinette's ex friends started to bully her and hurt her while Adrien didn't do anything to stop Lila from ruining her life in which the love for Adrien died out because Marinette sees for what he truly is and that is a spineless coward who doesn't do anything but take the liar's side instead. But everything was going to change when someone new arrived who shares some similarities to the Agreste and he will not be like the others who fall for the liar but instead will help Marinette with her problems as well as finding a new love interest because the new guy is very compassionate and kind as well as smart.
