The true cause is unknown, but the widely believed answer was a failed lab experiment. Ainsel and his team were tasked with recovering research and bringing it back safely no matter the cost. In fourteen days, no more, no less, they would need to meet up back at the rally point. Any later, and they'd all be left to fight for themselves.

Left with no choice, the city was monitored and walled off so nothing could escape into the rest of the world. The crew would be forced to complete the mission or die trying. Together would be the only chance they'd have to survive in this harsh wasteland.All Rights Reserved

Plans are interrupted, and instead a group of 3 find her decimated group, Joel, Ellie and Tess decide that since Three provided them with information, they'll help her in return. Though, happiness never lasts forever. - Hey guys, it's been a very long time since I wrote this and I can guarantee you the writing probably isn't great. A few decades after the trial had started, scientists had a major breakthrough. The nanites, which are highly chemically reactive organisms, are changing their bio-engineered purpose when dopamine levels are high. With a new generation of nanoids, stronger and smarter to fight the battle, the virus doesn't have a chance. Many attempts were made to create a man-made version of synthetic dopamine and each time the outcome was a disaster. Their goal is to create new generations, immune to the virus. These are called Purebloods, the offsprings of those who find pure love, the only cure to save them from a violent death. Running out of time, the Experiment entered in its final stages. To minimize the threats, the Colonies have sent their best soldiers to oversee the trial and protect its key subjects. If only things were going according to plan, or better...stay hidden.
