In Auradon, some people would look at Tamara Terror and see an oddball. She enjoyed making people she doesn't like uncomfortable by dislocating her joints or flashing her unsettling yellow eyes at those who annoyed her. During Halloween, she'd return home and spend time with her parents and prank her fellow weirdos. Not everyone thought that Tamara belonged in Auradon, but no one said anything.
On the Isle, almost everyone thought that she was a goody two-shoes who needed to get out and never come back. She was usually a well-behaved girl who always went to school, especially when she went to Witch School. Though, she only attended all of her mandatory classes because she knew her mother would have her hide if she didn't. Attending Serpent Prep, however, is when she started skipping classes that she didn't like because that was when her parents didn't care. She'd made friends there, two different groups called the Core 4 and the Sea 3. These were the few people who wanted her to stay. Especially Harry Hook.
"You're different from what I expected," she said softly.
"How so?" he asked, glancing at her.
"I don't know," she replied, searching for the right words. "You just... have this way of making people feel like they matter. Even here, in this... nightmare."
He was quiet for a moment before responding. "You matter, Y/n. Don't forget that."
