A fair and just world, devoid of all sins, where everyone can live a peaceful life without the constant worry of what could hurt them next. New laws will be placed while the old ones are removed. All evil will be purged from the world. Any who stand in his way will be turned to ash to help build his world. If the world wanted him to be evil so badly...then he would be a malicious tyrant that rules not with an iron fist, but a diamond one. Of course, there will be many who will fight back.
