The story is about Nitelight (oc), a knight and close best friend to Prince Dreambert. Nitelight and Dreambert have been friends for their whole lives, they both also have feelings for each other but they keep pushing them away and focus on the important tasks in front of them.

Dealing with a lot of stuff in their lives, not having enough time for each other, if they did, it will later be interrupted by something problematic happening. The two and their group are also trying to figure out other secrets about the Pi'illo Kingdom. 

Also trying to stop evil characters that keeps messing up everything and trying to rule the world by starting with taking over the Pi'illos first, due to them being new to the new world and trying to rebuild the kingdom. They need to stop them before those characters reach their goal of taking over.

This story takes place after the main story of Dream Team, aka a sequel to Mario & Luigi: Dream Team! This is somewhat a OC x canon story, expanding the lore about the Pi'illo Kingdom(bc for some reason it felt like a tiny drop of it) and more!

ALSO some canon characters will be out of character somehow! I am planning on editing some chapters in the future to fit the character, so don't mind the out of character stuff.

But can you continue to love them after you find out the truth ? Find out if Joshua can still love Elijah after all that Elijah brought into Joshua's life. When charlie finds out about said gooper, The slime gives the excuse that, they cant leave Charlie's body yet, since, he still isnt fully healed from the bullet wound. Being to tired to argue, he puts up with the slime for the next few months. In which time, the slime was able to convince him to go out for one night as a vigilante, just to try it :) unfortunately, that one night led to a run in with the most dangerous villains in the city, the syndicate. Causing him to get roped into the syndicates plan to take over the government. Although things only get worse when he finds out the syndicates number one target, is his childhood best friend jschlatt, who charlie lost contact with once he got into the presidency. Things only get worse and worse over time as he gets more and more involved with this anarchist scheme. Chaos ensues Along with....other, plots of revenge.
