Perfect Cell has been in Hell ever since he lost to Gohan, watching everyone he once dominated surpass him. One day, he gets an offer from a deity to go to another world with his power to do good. However, this is Cell. He managed to botch the chance of a lifetime and piss off a deity. Stripped of most of his powers in a new world, he has to figure how the HIFL he was going to get back to his universe.

The Worker Drones began to gain sentience and settle on the planet in the human's stead, though this causes JCJenson to send "Murder Drones", officially known as "Disassembly Drones," to kill all Worker Drones. As the Murder Drones begin to build a literal tower of corpses, the remaining Worker Drones hide underneath the ice and behind blast doors built by Uzi's father, Khan. In the present, Uzi harbors dreams of saving the planet and gaining her father's respect by killing the Murder Drones, thus allowing the Worker Drones to live in peace. However, in this particular scenario, she'll meet a quite interesting and special drone in her scouting for materials for her sick-as-hell Railgun.
