Izuku Midoryia is unknownly a Titan, the most powerful titan. Titanus Gojira. Unaware of his power he is deemed and believed to be quirkless by socity, and in a world of quirks where being strong and flashy matters it means the weak are treated like second class citizens. As for the quirkless less then human where you can get away with just about anything you do to a quirkless since Society see them as a waste of space.

One day after a particular nasty beating and taunting from Katsuki Bakagou. Izuku runs away to the beach to be alone, until an angelic heavenly voice calls out to him and sick of this society Izuku goes into the ocean where he will find his new home and embrace his new form where he shall become
