Instead of an overpowered interpretation of Arcadia which is Darkdecade's version, my version of Arcadia would be a (possibly) balanced, well-rounded version that wouldn't be too powerful for you guys to hate nor too weak that could be compared to the Four Kingdoms
    
    This will be a dossier about my version of Arcadia, so be prepared for politics, images getting shoved into your eyeballs, and possibly a lot of hate from Jaune haters cause I'm going to bash a lot on Team RWBY and their flaws a lot.
