The main character is a young woman named Nora who at first has developed feelings for Glenn after he was the one who helped get her out of the city. When she realizes she's held on to her feelings too long, she quickly starts to feel lost. Nora is somewhat of a trouble magnet but most of all she just wants to find her place in this new world. Along the way, she finds comfort in an unlikely person. (I do not own the original art for the cover) {I started this story back in December 2011 on Tumblr and although it didn't get the fan following that I had always hoped for, it did well in it's own way. It had loyal followers and I got comments on how much readers loved it. I thought I would try posting it on Wattpad to see what becomes of it. The story is completed on Tumblr and as I bring it over here, I'm also doing small rewrites to the story. There are scenes that I needed to cut out and change up just because my view of things has changed as well and I wanted this story to reflect that. Plus, Ezekiel doesn't have cancer and he did not go with Eugene and Yumiko. Tara is alive. We start off with Connie being found by Kelly and friends. For one brief shining moment, Connie and Daryl find their happy place. But, it is short lived because Connie's past has caught up to her after a year and a half of being among the folks at Hilltop and the Alexandrians. Now, Connie must leave Alexandria with the evil king or he will destroy what's left of the communities post Whisperer war. Not one to take shit lying down, Daryl and a group of his friends go after her. He enters a world that he thought was long dead to get back the woman he loves. This is a little different but I hope you guys enjoy it anyway. Please leave comments, I take comments into consideration when I create fanfic related stories.
