Yoko Tsugikuni carries the blood of the first Sun Breather, a legacy that makes her both hope and weapon in the war against demons. Kyojuro Rengoku carries the flame of his family, smiling through grief while hiding the simple wish he never says aloud - to have somewhere peaceful to come back to.

Their love begins in blood, exhaustion, and survival. Not with softness, but with understanding.
He sees the girl behind the legend.
She sees the man behind the flame.

But as the final battle approaches, their relationship is tested by secrets, duty, fear, and the terrifying question of what kind of future two warriors can build when both may die before sunrise.
This is not a love story untouched by war.
It is a love story that asks whether two people born to sacrifice everything can still choose each other.

Demon Slayer fan fiction, what if Yoriichi did have a child ? Not by his wife, but by duty, after his wife past? Someone who would carry his legacy, 400 years later, someone bound by duty, burning them alive. Being the strongest yet not being able to save everyone.
