Lucas was planning on having a busy five days. He had been meticulously organizing this interspecies meeting for almost two years now. It was the first one hosted by the werewolves and he wanted it to go perfectly. He had everything scheduled down to the minute to ensure that it did.
Every painstakingly crafted plan went out the window when he briefly locked eyes with the vampire in front of him at Java Bean.
All meetings over the long weekend were supposed to be planned in advance, put into each attendee's online calendar. This one, between a young werewolf and nearly ancient vampire, was not. Yet it would prove to be the most important, effecting the lives of every one of the Goddess's creations on Earth.

"Are you scared little one?" Cameron asked, I couldn't trust my nerves to speak a whole sentence without stuttering so I opted to keep quiet. He offered a friendly smile and the girl looked me in the eyes with an expression of unknown intent. I felt a hand travel up my side, I nervously looked down to see that it was Cameron. I could see it in his eyes that he itched for more. The strong man that held me smirked as I looked at each of them, confused and lost for words. Cameron was tall with light brown hair and brown eyes; his physique was fit but leaner that the other man, the one who was in charge.
