When Faye's plans crashes, she must survive he deadly injuries to make it home. Her best friend and new friend help her through the journey, protecting her, and caring for her.

Faye is left with trauma and ptsd from the crash, having horrible dreams about it again and again. She has to explain to her new friend her life history so he understands why she is the way she is.
