Living in the busy Salt Lake City, Claw-Chan, a mix of Norwegian descent and a furry, goes about his daily routine until strange symptoms start bothering him. At first, he ignores them, but everything changes when his sister gets diagnosed with breast and bone cancer, similar to what their mom went through before. That's when Claw-Chan realizes he might be facing the same battle. Finding out he has cancer, he starts chemotherapy and it takes a toll on him physically and emotionally. He turns to alcohol for comfort, which strains his relationship with Astravyn, his supportive partner.
But with Astravyn's help, Claw-Chan starts on a journey to overcome his addiction and despair. It's tough, and he stumbles along the way, but Astravyn's constant support keeps him going. Despite the fear of relapse, Claw-Chan is determined to turn his life around, driven by love and the hope of a better future with Astravyn.
