Chainsaw man: The Dragons Fire.

Valt's luck cannot be worse, living on his own ever since his parents were brutally murdered by an unknown devil, working a job that just barely pays the rent and leaves him eating scraps, well it gets worse when he ends up fused with none other then the fricking dragon devil, which causes him to months later be arrested by devil hunters and dragged into the office of none other then makima, the head of Tokyo division 4, who gives him two choices: hunt devils for them till the day he dies, or they'll kill him, join valt as he's dragged (unwillingingly) into the world of the devil hunters.
