Can you hear me?

Skyler is a werewolf, but she doesn't know it. She's also deaf. Her parents leave her in the care of a human family, not telling them of her werewolf heritage. They rejected her, thinking she was too weak to be one of them. She grows up under the protection of her older brother, Hayden. Her real brother, Nick, takes place as one of her close friends, watching his baby sister grow up stronger than anybody thought she would.She lives as normal as possible. She goes to school, and works in the local bookstore. Everything is normal.
And then she meets Alpha Trace. Her life is changed as soon as she looks at him, because some part of her knows instantly that she is his and he is hers.
Alpha Trace has been searching for his mate since he was fifteen. And time is running out. He must find his mate soon or give up his Alpha title. He meets Skyler, and knows that she is his. But he thinks Skyler is weak. Trace doesn't want to mate with her, but he knows that there is no turning back
