But Lewis' romantic hopes hit a detour when he stops on the way to rescue his older brother, Fuller, who persuades poor Y/n into playing a practical joke on a lonely trucker, over a CB radio, much to her dismay.

Now, that trucker, an unseen and terrifying force known only by his CB handle, Rusty Nail, wants the last laugh and revenge. Not to mention that despite her statements over the radio of being pumped full of lies, Rusty has taken a special liking to Y/n and is motivated with the intent of making her his and his alone.
