1918, London. When children start vanishing in the war-torn city's slums, Wyatt Ever, a desperate detective haunted by the war, turns to Moria Fallcraft, a power-hungry and until recently criminal alchemist, for help. 

As the world changes in the wake of the Great War, the two enemies must put aside their differences to save the children from the monstrous Pied Piper before they disappear forever.

It starts off with a small town far from any neighboring towns or citys for the matter. All of which seems normal, until you find out that this town... is a vampire town. In this early Friday morning a 17 year old boy that goes by Sam Davidson moves in to this Almost lively town which seems sweet and comfortable. This town doesn't give off any strange feelings, and the houses seem rufflly intact. These houses seem like normal homes for people and family's, but their is a massive mansion at the very top of a hill at the very end of the rest of the town. This mansion doesn't look all that bad, and the people that live inside it seem sweet. The owner of the mansion Earl Dutchman is a rather kind guy along with his wife Cora Dutchman and his 18 year old son Karl Dutchman live in this massive mansion. Every so often the family holds parties and mascarades for the other towns folk to enjoy. all of this seems rather normal except this town is actually full of vampires and all of them being well over 200 years old. Though Karl Dutchman is indeed 18 as he was born indeed 18 years ago. These Dutchman are indeed royals and are over 500 year of age. Sam Davidson is a 17 year old boy who moved in this small town, because of his late parents deaths. He couldn't pay off any debt that the family left from the house so he was forced to live somewhere else. The somewhere else happened to be a small town secluded of any near neighboring neighbors. This town seemed normal and he had moved into a nice cozy old wooden house with two floors, and two bedrooms. This house was big for one person, but he came prepared just in case someone might wanna stay over not that they would, he had no friends and was glad to move away from that excuse of a school. he had transferred to the only school in this town called Volholach High school. What will happen when he will find out the true nature of this new found town? will he accept it or leave everything behind? read to find out! W:2000/2000
