ECHOES OF WAR: THE PATH OF A SPARTAN
Rei grew up far from the war... until it took everything from him. At just eight years old, he survived the Fall of Reach and was rescued by a Spartan-the first spark of admiration that would shape his destiny. But survival comes at a cost, and he was soon recruited into a program where children were trained to fight in a war they couldn't yet understand. From the ruined streets of New Mombasa to the heart of the ODST, Rei carved his own path with blood and determination, earning the respect of those who once underestimated him. But when fate led him to cross the final frontier and become a Spartan, Rei realized that war isn't just fought with bullets-it's also fought with the secrets we carry in our souls. "GATE: Fall of Man" GATE x Resistance Crossover
When a mysterious Gate suddenly appears in the heart of Ginza, Tokyo, an invasion of Chimera-alien monsters from an alternate Earth-begins, threatening the world with destruction. The Japan Self-Defense Forces (JSDF) are able to repel the first wave, but they have no idea that the Gate connects to an alternate Earth set in 1953, where the Chimera have overtaken most of the planet. As the Chimera invade North America, the United States is on the brink of collapse, facing a force unlike anything they've encountered before. In this desperate fight for survival, the Sentinels-superhuman soldiers created by the Chimeran virus under the leadership of Sgt. Nathan Hale-are humanity's last hope. Enhanced with the very virus that once threatened to destroy them, the Sentinels lead the charge to defend the United States against the Chimera invasion. Amidst the chaos, Hale and his team must navigate both the increasingly perilous Chimera forces and the mysteries surrounding the Gate, leading them to a final confrontation that will determine the fate of two worlds. As the countdown to catastrophic disaster ticks down, Hale faces an impossible choice-sacrifice himself to destroy the device controlling the Chimera invasion, or risk the annihilation of everything. This crossover blends the intense action of Gate: Thus the JSDF Fought There with the high-stakes, emotional fight of Resistance 2, creating a world where humanity must battle not only for survival, but for the very future of the Earth against an unstoppable alien force. The sacrifices of the Sentinels, especially their leader Nathan Hale, leave a lasting legacy in a world changed forever.Abgeschlossen

Spartan 118 (Halo Based)
When the Aliens, the Covenant, invaded, it seemed as if Mankind had no hope. Then the Spartans came to the rescue. These genetically modified super soldiers, originally meant to quell insurrectionist activity, now held the fate of their race in their hands. Many died for the cause, and many victories were won because of their intervention. Through all the dirt and blood, one rose above them all, Master Chief, or John 117. This ultimate Spartan II, paired with the special AI, or artificial intelligence, Cortana, led humanity to victory time and time again, escaping death more times than thought possible. However, after defeating the zombie-like Flood that threatened humanity and aliens alike, he disappeared without a trace. With hope at an all time low, and alien threats still on the horizon, something had to be done. This is the purpose of Steele, Spartan 118. Despite the process being banned after Spartan IIs, humanity is desperate, and so he's kidnapped, trained, and augmented the same as the original Spartan IIs by Dr. Catherine Halsey. The pressure is now on to replicate the Master Chief through him, and the road of Hero will not be easy. Secrets are kept from him, trust is broken, and hidden enemies threaten his life and those around him. However, Steele was chosen for a reason, and those who threaten the innocent better watch out. A New Hero Has Risen. _____________________________________ Takes place during the years of the popular video games Halo 3, Halo 4, and beyond. Halo Battle Buddies 3: War's End
Book 03/06 (Current Version: Prototype - Version 1.0) This story/fanfiction is a 'what if scenario' within the Sci-Fi videogame series known as Halo and is based on an original character named 'Lieutenant Serenity McKnight' that partners with the legendary Master Chief himself, after the UNSC Pillar of Autumn had escaped a Halo Ring known as Installation 04 by the help of a mysterious alien of myth and legend called a Forerunner. The UNSC and their newest ally embark on a heavy defensive throughout Earth against the enemy, protecting humanities home planet at all cost. Lieutenant Serenity McKnight and her brothers and sisters in arms do their best to make the best of the war at the African front nearing New Mombasa. Doing so until an unknown mission would begin, deep in the jungle. The story is a 'reimagining' of Halo and is non-canon and is to be not taken seriously as this was an idea created back when I first played the games. Combat Evolved is the first book of my main series known as 'Halo Battle Buddies' and will lead up to the first game and beyond. DISCLAIMOR: I do not own Halo and the intellectual property belongs to Bungie, Microsoft and 343 Industries. This is for fun, and not making any form of profit of this story.
