After Lynn Bardot moves to Hawkins Indiana, to stay with her boyfriend, she begins to notice that Hawkins may not be the perfect, safe small town she thought it was. After meeting a fairly odd group of friends, and a group of middle schoolers, she is introduced to a whole new world she never even imagined would exist.
