hinata hajime, a red blood. living in a worn down town where handmaking and crafting is everyone's specialty.  hinatas number one specialty? stealing.

one day, a silver princess goes missing during a terrorist attack in the Luck Castle. on the same day, hinata gets caught in a small slip up. and so that he doesn't get forced to go to war with other kingdoms and such, he makes a deal with the king and now has to pretend to be someone he isn't.

the prince? komaeda nagito, a silver blood. he's utterly disgusted by the fact a BOY who's especially a RED blood has to marry him just so that their reputation doesn't plummet.

Nagito Komaeda is a mute boy. He's been mute his entire life, and fins himself to dream of what it would be like to speak, and being envious of those who do speak. Without any parents or legal guardians to adopt him or such, he lives at a hospital near his school. There, he has a few friends. Although, each day, a butterfly tends to come and visit his hospital bedroom window, an odd occurrence, to put it in simplest terms. Alongside this, Hajime Hinata is what people would call a normal boy. His life usually was nothing to write home about, and he was at least able to realize that. He hardly had any friends, the count only being two, and he usually felt a longing. A longing for a more unique and special life, something that would contrast from the rest of it all. As if to grant his simple wish, a butterfly is usual to turn up by his own bedroom window every day, checking up on him like some worried mother. I just admired the way his smile brightened when he saw something pretty, or the way he scratched the back of his head when he was slightly nervous but wanted to be casual, or the way he was just so amazing at making me feel happy. His whole being just caused me to lose myself in my love for him. It had taken me so long to ever feel this strongly about someone, but Red did it so effortlessly. He was the one person that had taken down all my walls, the one person that I could feel truly me with. It just made me so grateful to be sitting across the table with such an amazing person, who didn't even know how beautiful he looked.' So much stuff happens in the story but please give it a read, it's not just a typical cliche romance. Smut occasionally and I guess serious themes such as homophobia and bullying.
