These aliens are about the size of our pinky fingers but the pain and destruction they've caused is immeasurable. 
We call them the 'Lechem'. Parasites that attach to a person's brainstem and are able to control their thoughts, actions, and emotions. 

When the lechem took over my body my fate had been sealed. 

I was supposed to die. 

But I didn't.
