A fantasy-romance story set in a future where Earth is nearly submerged underwater, with only three island nations remaining as remnants of the continents. 

The story revolves around Amaranthine, or Amara for short, a princess gifted with healing powers, but her blood holds a dangerous curse. She falls deeply in love with her best friend, Prince Hongseok.

 However, when they become separated, her primary goal is to find him. Their reunion occurs at the most unlikely time and place imaginable. Together, they must overcome their respective enemies and unite their kingdoms, all while trying to salvage their strained relationship.
