Unfortunately for Emily Richardson, this impossibility became a reality.

Imagine waking up one day to see every live human being was no longer present.   All their belongings left behind, untouched.   Cars stranded, their owners abandoning them.   All without a reason.   Without an explanation.  Or that's what Emily thought.

This is a story about a lost girl and her poorly named dog, on a search.  For anything.  Anyone.
