One night, his family went hiking in the woods and it was a full moon, so Caleb started howling. He fell behind and all of a sudden, a wolf appeared out of nowhere. He recognized that wolf from somewhere. It was the same one, he was taken in as a wolf, but the alpha didn't trust him. It didn't take long for him to talk to them as he learned the language of the wolf. He then came to his first hunt, where he impresses the alpha by getting a kill using nothing but his fists and his wits. Everything was going well for Caleb, until he saw his family looking for him. He went back with his family and then started going back and forth. He was getting more wolf by the minute. Will he choose his family or the ones that got him in, in the first place?Complete

I see the little 8 year old boy from last night run away crying, one of Ruby's cousins. When I turn the corner I see a boy about 20 and am hit with an overpowering smell something like fresh cut wood and autumn leaves. It is amazing. I see the guy turn towards me and duck behind the house I am standing by before he sees me. Nope! Not him! Not happening! I hear footsteps coming towards me and run. Into the woods I find a pine tree. Perfect! Pine trees are great hiding places. The branches hide you visually and the smell masks your scent. I climb up as quickly as I can and watch the guy approaching. He circles my tree looking around but eventually gives up and goes back towards the houses. "Mate!" My wolf happily purs. "Not him!" I respond. "Denial." She says. "Refusal." I counter and she growls at me. "You will NOT reject him!" She orders. "He is a bully!" "He is mate!" "He commanded that kid when he could have just talked to him! He is a bully with no patience!" "He is an Alpha!" She purrs with pride at his rank. I don't care! "I don't want him!" "The one you want isn't mate. He isn't yours. He isn't interested... I want mate!" "No." I block her out and climb down the tree.Complete

I was never appreciated for who I was. I was tossed aside and left to rot for a mistake I made many years ago, a mistake that haunted me my entire life. I dont know what hurt me only the marks it left. "Answer ME!" His words make me stiffen and I feel my hands reach for the bottom of my shirt. I slide it off and turn to the man. A stand there chest exposed. I'm boney from lack of food and bruised from my foster father and brother. Amid all the fresh brusing three white lines stand out stretching from my shoulder to my hip. "This is what they were healing!" I yell trying not to cry. I remember the pain of the marks when they were fresh. Feeling embarrassed I put my shirt back on. "Rouges." The man whispers. "Those bruses." Ruby says from behind me. "The "Love" of my "family."" I tell her. "My turn." I say and the man turns back to me as he was facing the other adults. He raises his eyebrow and I take it as permission to continue. "What are rouges?" "Packless werewolves." He says. My jaw drops. werewolves? WEREWOLVES!? What the? "They are just a story." I say. "You know better than that." He says.Complete

This story is about a dog who was abused and ran away, she found her way into a wolf pack where the Alpha of the pack took interest in her. All she wanted was a family and someone to love her, and thankfully the Alpha and his pack found it in their heart to love her the way that she deserved. "Are you going to ignore me the whole way back?" Night asked walking silently behind me, funny how the tables have turned. "You'd have to try to talk to me in order for me to ignore you" I say matter of factly. I heard a small scoff come from behind me. What the hell was his problem? He's the one that was ignoring me and now that I'm not trying to talk to him, I'm ignoring him? I stopped in my tracks and turned around. Night had to roughly stop so he wouldn't run into me. "Talk" I say curling my tail around my legs, he just blinked at me "about?" He asked. I glared at him "you wanted to talk, let's talk" he didn't say anything. What the hell? Now all of a sudden he doesn't want to talk? I stood back up and started walking back, a Sigh was heard behind me but i kept walking. There was no point in trying to strike a conversation with night. Neither one of us knew what to say, and honestly I enjoyed the silence. It gave me time to think about everything. Follow the dog who was later named Alaska through her story. Will she be happy?
