Backstory: Endeavour, the number one pro hero and currently the strongest in all Japan. He had worked his whole life for this, for the title of being "the number one". But now that he finally achieved it, that he climbed that mountain and gave several sacrifices, he feels empty. When being above of everyone else no one is on your side. Too high up.
In that loneliness there is only one person, who flys up to him, looks up to him and admired him. The pro hero Hawks, a bird man with a quirk unique on its own, "Fierce wings".
All his life, from the second that the bird-man saw endeavour on TV as a child, he admired him. He wanted to be like this great hero who's story he didn't knew. As a teenager he liked him even more, saw him also as an idol and now that he's the number two himslef, the youngest pro hero in the top 10 ranking, he has some other feelings about the number one.
