Kyra is a 13 year old girl who has gone from foster home to foster home since she was 8. Kyra is OBSESSED with Pentatonix, so when Kevin Olusola comes to the orphanage where Kyra is living she freaks out.
Kevin has been looking for the right kid to adopt, so when he meets 13 year old Kyra he falls in love and adopts her.
Kyra now has to adjust to going on tour, going to Pentatonix rehearsals, and living with Kevin and Avi.
