Fanfiction that follows the ingame plot along with my own post game hc/story line.
Shuichi and kokichi connect more after the first trial, kokichi shows genuine concern after Saihara is literally surviving on coffee and no stop theorizing and working to find a way to escape the killing game. They begin hanging out more as Kokichi tries to get Shuichi away from his work and eventually catching feelings for one another. After trial 4 everything goes down hill. Shuichis and Kokichis relationship ends, any sort of fondness Shuichi felt towards him is now gone due to Oumas lack of empathy or so we thought. They no longer interact. Post game no one is informed that kokichi has woken up opon his request, he is silently discharged and goes on to live his life hoping to forget about everything that happened within danganronpa. Will they ever interact again 😔😱

This is my very first Saiouma story~ This was an idea I've been thinking about for a while and thought it would make an interesting story~I hope you guys like it! ^v^ Like the other story, I did the story cover art myself~^v^ and I'll most likely make more art for future chapters~X3 I'll try to update this story every week~ This story does take place in the killing game, but some of the events in the killing game will be different. The other boy is insecure, intelligent, fearful, silent and mysterious. And him instead, Shuichi Saihara, The Ultimate Detective, is the one where everyone trusts and who thinks it will be their salvation to come out. (First book of the trilogy) Kokichi, a kind, extroverted boy, moved out to a new city and dropped out in a new school: Spring Field Academy, he quickly made friends here and became one of the popular students, but soon after a few weeks, he notices that one of his classmates is left out from everybody else. Kokichi never saw that boy speak to anyone, neither did he hear him talk in the first place, so of course he decided to try and befriend this lonely boy.
