Among the 80% Percent People filled with Quirk, Izuku Yagi was Born Quirkless. All Might Crushed his Dream of becoming a Hero but while the World was playing with Heroes and Villains.
This story is about young Izuku Yagi who couldn't stand being neglected by his parents and constantly bullied by other students at school just because he is Quirkless. He decided to run away from home and his quirk activated and he ran away to America where he had his own adventures.

At four years old, Izuku Yagi is diagnosed as quirkless while his twin sister Izumi has powerful telekinesis. It is also when he's four years old that his parents start to forget about him. But that won't stop him from achieving his dream of becoming a hero. Nothing will. Not being forgotten by his parents. Not being beat by his sister and childhood friend near daily. After all, All Might says that anyone can be a hero. "It's nice to have a dream, but keep it realistic." Abandoned once again, this time with his dream crushed, he takes his childhood friend's advice. 'Take a swan dive off the roof and pray for a quirk in your next life!' The only problem? Falsely diagnosed as quirkless due to a lab error Izuku Yagi spends the first 3 years after the age of 4 being bullied and tormented by his friends and neglected by his parents who only spend time with his brother Izuma Yagi, only his brother who still cares and continues to be there for him. However, soon Izuku shall meet a kid that will change his life for the better as Izuku will discover that he wasn't ever quirkless.
