That is until something horrible happens at the Ball held in Istam's honor, and Jade somehow get's caught between both sides. What will Jade do? Will she help a dying kingdom who want's nothing but peace, or will she stay faithful to her best friend but tyrannical king? And what will happen as emotions starting getting mixed in on both sides of the war.
