Further into the future of Nigeria, after the norther and southern protectorates have been divided, when the Chinese colonies have left them be . Stanley is one of the many living in the upper region of the Southern Protectorates, which is now Nue, of what was once Nigeria with many privileges to his name.

   On a fateful night, he bumps into someone staggering about with a tattered look. Not only does he notice the person behind the torn apart mask, he realizes she has stolen one of the most precious artifacts in the whole protectorate. In a desperate haste to keep her from getting arrested, he takes the locket and takes the fall for this heinous crime out of love. But he doesn't realize that by doing so, he has immersed himself in dark waters that he would have never wanted to go.
