When Isabelle de Montfort arrives in England in 1509 to join her brother in the court of King Henry VII, she does not expect to find love, let alone win the heart of the future King of England. Their relationship does not take long to spiral into the perfect romance of a lifetime, but soon they forget the power of authority in the Tudor court and the lengths some people would go in order to thwart the course of true love.

In the enchanting Northumberland England's Palace, Princess Elodie leads a life of duty and privilege, yet feels a deep sense of longing for true connection and freedom. Her life takes an unexpected turn when she finds herself falling for Dillon, her loyal and kind-hearted butler. Despite their growing feelings for each other, their love remains a forbidden secret, shadowed by the rigid norms of the royal court. Their budding romance faces its first true test when Elodie's wicked aunt, Lady Margot, and her scheming son, Prince Philip, discover their forbidden relationship. Determined to destroy them, Lady Margot fabricates damning evidence and presents it to Queen Mary, Elodie's mother. Shocked and furious, the Queen arranges for Elodie to marry Lord Nathaniel, a suitable nobleman, to save the family's honor. On her wedding day, Elodie, overwhelmed by her feelings for Dillon, refuses to take her vows and flees the church, racing to the airport to find Dillon. But she arrives too late, watching in despair as Dillon's flight departs for Paris. Heartbroken and aimless, Elodie returns to the palace only to be met with harsh judgment and expulsion by her own mother. With nowhere else to go, Elodie spends a cold night on the streets of London before deciding to follow Dillon to Paris. After being expelled from the palace, how does Elodie's journey through hardship and independence in Paris shape her character and influence her decisions later in the story?

Vienna could feel the King's eyes on her now, and she wanted to scream in excitement and panic. She wondered why he was staring at her, but she quickly figured it was probably for the same reason she had been staring at him. She swallowed to calm down her nerves and confidently looked at him, immediately catching his eyes, and she didn't look away this time. Christopher was a bit surprised by her action as she matched his stare. It seemed like she was challenging him to look away first. His lips curled up in a smirk, and she smiled at him, but neither of them looked away from each other. Christopher was impressed by her boldness, and Vienna was simply mesmerised by him. * * * * In the midst of preparations for his royal wedding, King Christopher's life is turned upside down by the unexpected arrival of Vienna, the youngest daughter of his father's dear friend. Once a mere child, Vienna has blossomed into a stunning beauty, capturing the king's attention and igniting a passion he cannot deny. Desperate for a male heir, Christopher is bound by duty to marry the princess chosen for him. But as he finds himself drawn to Vienna's intelligence, wit, and charm, he begins to question his obligations. Torn between loyalty and desire, Christopher must choose between his royal duty and the love that threatens to destroy his carefully laid plans. For Vienna, the king's sudden interest is both thrilling and terrifying. Aware of the scandal that could ruin her reputation, she struggles to conceal her feelings, even as she is inexorably drawn to Christopher's magnetic presence. As the wedding day approaches, Christopher and Vienna must navigate the treacherous landscape of court politics, family expectations, and their own forbidden attraction. Will they risk everything for love, or will duty and obligation prevail? AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ON AMAZON KINDLE. LINK IS ON MY BIO
