 Ellström, herself now possessed and aided by a secretive team of investigators ( including escape artist Harry Etoile, and scientist Nikola Tesla), attempts to fix the situation but is threatened by an ancient evil she inadvertently revives.

 Ellström discovers that spiritual possessions can have positive outcomes as the dead help her combat the demonic force.
