Harry Potter has been burdened with the weight of the world. It is he who must save all of the wizarding world from evil. He is "The Boy Who Lived". And he must be the one to stop Voldemort.

Harry Potter is only thirteen. He was eleven and the start of it all. Harry Potter is just a kid who must give up his already horrid childhood for the sake of wizards everywhere.

First, it was the loss of his parents, then neglect, then abuse, then torture, then bullying, the constant battles against evil, and now, it's Voldemort.

Will Harry ever get a break to just be a kid? Will he ever get the chance to enjoy the childhood he never had?

"Protected" is the story where Harry Potter goes and lives with none other than Severus Snape. This takes place right after The Prisoner of Azkaban. Sirius has run into hiding.

The two boys are forced to live with each other. There is less hate and resentment towards one another but a little bit of misunderstanding. After a breakdown, Harry regresses to an unknown mindset, otherwise known as littlespace. This is an sfw age regression fanfic. Snape will be Harry's guardian and soon to be platonic caregiver.
