In a morbid longing (reference intended) for a fanfic of Francis Abernathy x Richard Papen, I went searching on Wattpad and AO3 for one, which to my utter annoyance there was very little variety and after devouring every single one I could find I was pissed off by this and was like, fuck it I'm going to write my own so hopefully this has more of an impact than an incoherent sprawl of words.

It does start with a rewritten version of the kiss scene from the original book and any connections to the original story are intentional. I do not claim any of the characters or original story as my own.
