Lucy has a secret that she has kept hidden from everyone, one that she knows could be dangerous in the wrong hands. She wants to protect all that are close to her so she decides to leave Team Natsu and The Guild... There is only one problem: She loves Natsu. When she tells him that she wants to leave the team and the guild he lashes out and says many hurtful things to her, even if he doesn't mean any of them. This leads to hurt and heartbreak, and revelations that could ruin their relationship more... or bring it closer together.

Right under the guilds nose's one of the greatest dark mages helps one of the greatest light mages fight his past. Some would argue that Lucy was truely, superior to zeref. When the council comes knocking on fairy tail's door's demanding them to hand over Natsu Dragneel. Lucy steps in and takes the brunt of the force. All his past came back and would end up destroying him but Lucy knew she couldn't allow that to happen.
