This story starts in the fall of 1983. Steve Harrington is the popular jock at school who's a douche to almost everyone. Eddie Munson is the loner, freak that runs a DnD club. After some crazy events that may lead the two who can't even stand to look at one another to even be in the same room with one another, seems that things may start to change. What will happen? Will they become friends? Stay enemies? Or perhaps become something more?

Steve(21) Hasn't had a chance to leave this awful place. He has stayed around for the kids, wanting nothing more to be there for each one's graduation. Confused. Lonely. Depression has really started to hit in the last couple of years after all of the tragic losses to the upsidedown. Nearly losing everything and everyone he's cared for and loved. Most everyone has gotten their chance to escape, Nancy and Jonathan moved to California after graduation. Robin's off at college. Until he realizes maybe he's not so alone here, sparking a true friendship with the most unlikely person, Eddie Munson. Eddie(22) hasn't been able to get out of this town either after swearing he would get the hell out of here many years ago. The kids are all graduating this year, which will most likely end up giving the two now men, no reason to stick around anymore. But what will happen to the two friends when Steve realizes the feelings he's thought for so long to just be a platonic friendship have always been a little more? I do not own rights to the ST characters or themes but I do own rights to my own storyline. I will be using pictures from artists that I find as the art for each chapter. Heartbroken love
This story is a Steve x oc fem. But at first it's mainly following the friendship of Eddie and the main girl. Steve is just mentioned at times. He becomes the leading man after the whole Vecna awfulness. I will make this into 3 parts; Part 1 Friends and enemies, Part 2 Death and destruction, Part 3 Heartbreak and Love Emma moves with her dad all the way from Sweden to Indiana in the United states. In the small town of Hawkins she's new to school and feels like a freak. She befriends the outgoing Eddie Munson and he becomes the best friend she could have ever dreamt of. She loves him like the brother she's never had. But seeing as something's weird in this small town she's dragged in to events leading to Eddie's death. Emma doesn't know how to deal with life anymore, how do you go on when your best friend in the whole world dies? Well, you could always fall in love with the one guy you swore you'd never ever be more than a hook-up to. The one who helps you cope with Eddie's horrible faith, because he's equally heartbroken over it. This takes place during and after the events of Vecna's curse. All characters involved in sexual activities are considered 18+ 🛑WARNINGS🛑 Strong language, mention of alcohol and drug use, sexual activities (from light to heavier smut), talk of bodysize, bullying, assault, broken bones, chest injuries, threatening language, namecalling, depression, mention of suicide, death and murder.Complete

Steve is the school douche who only toys with girls who he has never even been close to feeling a connection with, in his mind everyone sucks apart from his best friend robin and the kids he always has to babysit maybe he's right or maybe he hasn't met the somebody who he never thought would change his life and make him realise who he really is. under all of the tough guy act Steve is actually quite a cuddly lovable teddy bear mostly around an unusual Eddie Munson.Complete
