After the tests are done Hot shot is diagnosed with Atypical Teratoid Rhabdoid Tumor or ATRT a type of brain tumor that is brain cancer. Hot shot is brave and ready to face his cancer. Hot shot makes friends with four other children his age with the same type of cancer. They decide to fight their cancer together and they become the best of friends. Hot shot is determined to kick cancer's butt too! (Humanized)
