Not having written for some time I thought I would use Aesop's Fables, which are Public Domain and in many different "Translation" adaptations. For me, though they are short and quick to read, there's very little meat on their bones. Therefore, I have decided to try and fatten them up a little and make them more palatable and enjoyable for the reading masses, while keeping them short and sweet. I hope you enjoy these retellings as I stretch me story-telling skills to see if I still possess them.

these are stories where I started a chapter or 5. but I haven't pulled the trigger into making them full flesh stories. Since either I don't have the time, I'm still thinking of what will happen, the inspiration simply isn't there, etc. Maybe one day I'll make them into stories, maybe I'll get distracted by the next shiny thing is see (shiny= story I want to adopt) for now, here's a taste of the ones I've written
